The EDEXOne dashboard has a new look! We have condensed the navigation area to allow for more visible records and smoother functionality. This is highlighted with an easier to use search bar and a new settings tab.
We all work from many different platforms these days – including notebooks and phones. This new design will work more efficiently with those smaller screens.
A few other small, but important, reminders…
- All mail now processes every business day.
- Daily Mail submitted before 1:00 (PST) is processed the same business day and is sent in its own envelope with the logo* and return address of the sender.
- Daily Mail offers First Class, Certified, Priority, Electronic Return Receipt, Check Inclusion, and return envelopes.
- Aggregate mail submitted before 5:00 (PST) processes the next business day. Aggregate mail is limited to California work comp and is combined with other mail, sent by other senders, going to the same recipient.
- Work Comp EAMS Filers now have the ability to submit a Panel QME Request. Party UAN’s and addresses populate from EAMS. If you aren’t quite ready to submit – no problem! All your data is saved for you to come back later and submit when you are ready. Make your strike and let us do the mailings for you.
- Our Universal Template for the Trial Exhibit List includes the automatically captured EAMS Document ID number with your preferred document description.
